The Copy

This might be the best hamburger I’ve ever had!!!! We came at 1:30pm on a Thursday; it was not busy and we were seated and served quickly. The owner, who came out to greet us and help us navigate the menu with our limited Spanish, was incredibly kind and was helpful explaining how they made the burger patties (from scratch) and where they bought the buns (from a local bakery). The burgers themselves were cooked to a perfect medium; the fries were battered in a unique, salty batter that was deliciously crispy; and the serving sizes were generous without being too much to eat. If you’re in Cabo Rojo, you MUST visit The Copy!!!

There was a large party that was seated just before us so the staff warned us it would be over an hour for our food to come out, so we just got drinks instead. We wanted mojitos but they said they were out of ingredients for mojitos. The margarita was very good, but the specialty cocktail, The Copy on the Beach, was really disgusting. I'd give this place another try for the food.

Amazing burgers, and the coco-parcha mojito is the best drink I’ve ever had, hands down! Our server was so nice, friendly, and attentive. Thank you for a great meal!

We love going here esp. they serve the best mojito (for me) they don’t use artificial syrups for their fruit mojitos but instead they use real fruits which is really fresh! A must try when u visit Boqueron!
